Salary within the range GBP35,000 - GBP41,000 (Essex) GBP35 - GBP43,000 (London)

You will bring:
• An excellent track record of helping challenging children and young people progress and achieve in their education
• Demonstrable good judgement, emotional intelligence, commitment, reliability and integrity
• Demonstrable experience of working in an education environment with primary and/or secondary school age children with SEND and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• An unwavering commitment to providing high quality education to children who have been repeatedly failed
