Customer Service Manager
My client a leading performer in the industry is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for a full time vacancy paying up to GBP28,000 per annum.
This role for the right candidate will ensure that we excel in customer service, supporting the other members of the team.
Drives forward customer relationships, through a deep understanding of logistics and our customers end to end supply chain.
To ensure we are driving forward joint supply chain initiatives to deliver mutual value to us and our customer.
Able to operate in a FMCG environment, operating comfortably at all levels of the business both internally and externally.
The role will require you to:
Load customer purchase orders onto the system and send customers order acknowledgement.
Take ownership of any issues with the PO dates, if a customer delivery date changes liaise internally with planning, updating system, and communicating to the customer.
When required raise sundry invoices and/or credit notes communicating with account managers and customers once complete.
Daily interaction with customers regarding orders/deliveries resolving any issues.
Ensuring system is always updated with latest agreed customer date.
Work together with planning to ensure we are optimising production and customer needs.
Support sales team with any customer supply chain initiatives, in some cases lead new initiatives to improve WOW between Fleet and Customer.
Provide customers with regular communication with regards to their orders.
Develop a clear understanding of the supply chain and our customers supply chains to ensure we are maximizing efficiency for both parties.
Communicate results internally to commercial team and externally to customers.
Visit key customers regularly to ensure relationship development, customer strategy in supply chain and WOW continuous improvement.
