Rectification Assistant Delivery Manager -Gloucester - GBP26,800 - GBP34,210

The Rectification Assistant Delivery Manager will be responsible for working with many areas of the business to define and co-ordinate the Customer Treatment Strategy for rectifications.

Many of these projects will involve cross functional stakeholder management as well as working jointly with LBG and 3rd party Programme Management.

You will be required to manage and present Treatment Strategy proposals to stakeholders from many different business areas and all levels of seniority.

Key Accountabilities:

* You will be capable of seeing the issue from the customers' perspective, as well as considering the client's appetite from a number of angles, solving problems, drafting letters and appropriate governance documentation and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to help drive the rectification to conclusion
* You will chase overdue actions from and give forewarning of upcoming actions to a range of stakeholders across the business at a variety of levels and therefore you must have strong stakeholder management
* Be able to interpret information held on a SharePoint/Database and translate into actions using your own initiative
* Cleanse complex messages into concise updates for the senior team

Skills required:

* Change experience and confident communication between all areas and levels of a business
* Operational leadership experience or exposure
* Excellent Stakeholder Management and Governance
* Able to lead a team and keep processes on track
* Someone who is able to see things from a Customer perspective whilst maintaining an accurate file on company costs and reporting
