Sales Order Processor - Mat contract
My client is seeking an individual who has experience of providing high levels of customer service within an admin support role. This role is a maternity cover, so they are looking for someone with previous experience who can hit the ground running. They have the added benefit of on-site parking.
Within this role the duties will include:
Producing quotes for customers
Processing orders through the system
Tracking of orders of deliveries through to completion
Liaising with internal staff and external supplies
Dealing with customer quires
Ensuring that the customer support system is updated with customer details and progress updates
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of administration support, sales order processing would be advantageous.
Strong customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Competent PC skills
Ability to work to deadlines
