A key client of Williams Kent is looking for a strong Senior Reward Manager to join their organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our client's expanding team.

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Key responsibilities:

*Manages pay review for the executive and non-executive populations.
*Manage bonus calculations, improving and evolving incentive schemes for both STIP and LTIP.
*Design and draft papers from REMCO, working closely with senior level stakeholders
*Deliver Ad-hoc reward projects and support with broad HR business goals.

Key requirements:

*Strong background working with both operational and strategic reward.
*Excellent communicator and confident liaising with all levels of the business.
*Strong technically skill set and ability to manipulate data to support business cases.
*Previous experience working in a global matrixed organisation would be desirable.
