Enquiries Officers - Kensington council
We are looking to recruit 6 experienced customer service experts to work with the temporary accommodation team at RBKC.
The Enquiries Officers will be fielding calls and emails from a range of people directly and indirectly affected by recent events int the Borough as well as enquiries forwarded on by the Corporate Complaints Team.
The nature of the calls will vary greatly, but candidates should be comfortable in handling calls from a variety of sources, handling difficult situations calmly and efficiently, comfortably managing challenging situations and working with the caller to achieve a swift resolution.
Although the enquiries will revolve around housing need, the officers will not need to have previous housing experience, but experience of case management and of call centre or other pressurised customer service environments will be essential to excelling in the role.
