Our client are currently looking to recruit an experienced in-house or agency Recruitment Manager to join their team based at our new 'state of the art' site in East Kilbride.

The role will be very fast paced, working to tight deadlines managing the full recruitment process from start to finish within a high-volume environment. You will manage a team of recruitment professionals.The Recruitment Manager will build relationships with the AGO management team, the operations team and the company directors in order to recruit quickly and to the highest standards, whilst ensuring that every applicant receives the best possible experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within an in-house or agency recruitment management role, based in the contact centre sector. They will have a strong working knowledge of implementing and managing recruitment processes coupled with excellent customer / candidate focus skills and attention to detail. They will need to have excellent strategy planning skills and be able to provide solutions to demanding circumstances. The ability to react quickly and positively to change would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong candidate attraction and headhunting experience. The candidate must have experience of conducting group interview sessions as well as contact centre assessment centres.

Our client provide a multi-channel bespoke solution for all campaigns and can deliver the following key services; Customer Service, Sales (B2B and B2C), Retentions, Complaints, Debt Recovery, Appointment Setting, Data Processing and Social Media.

The role will include:

Managing a team of recruitment professionals and admin support executives
Managing the full recruitment process
Onsite account management
Candidate attraction/sourcing /headhunting and management
Design and implementation of the recruitment strategy
Ensuring that the recruitment processes in place is robust, effective and focussed on delivering results
Reviewing applications, arranging and managing interviews
Regular communication to candidates in the recruitment process
Pre-screening candidates via telephone before arranging face to face interviews
Preparing candidates prior to interview on the interview process
Reviewing internal and external candidate databases daily for quality talent
Ensuring the team perform administration duties including contracts, Right to Work documentation, verification of qualifications, DBS checks and reference checking to the highest standard
Updating our online CRM system with both candidate and client interactions
Ensuring all records are kept in line with legislative requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

Internal / External agency recruitment experience
Contact Centre sector experience within a recruitment role
Strong headhunting / direct approach experience
Management experience of a recruitment team
Strategy planning experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
A confident and professional individual who has fantastic organisational skills
Good experience of Social Media recruitment
Excellent telephone manner
Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity and discretion
Enthusiastic and willingness to learn
