Reporting to: Service Manager

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with H & S rules and regulations.
  • Support coordinators to ensure maximum engineer efficiency and margin.
  • Ensure engineers have correct equipment and plant.
  • Manage engineer audits.
  • To complete site/product audits.
  • To provide engineering team reports.
  • To monitor training requirements of individual engineers and feedback to HR Manager.
  • As part of the management team to ensure employees understand and live the Company values, vision and mission.
  • Demonstrate an excellent customer service focus when dealing with clients, other members of staff and members of the public and to display Company values.
  • Provide representation of the Company by maintaining contact with customers and promoting the Company's products and services.
  • To work within a specific territory and to close out calls in line with targets and KPI's.
  • Troubleshoot problems brought to your attention from engineers.

Package: negotiable salary mid 40's plus car


Candidate profile:
  • Experienced team leader with Fire and / or Security sector engineering background.
  • A natural leader who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Comfortable in a KPI driven role, and can manage results through others.

  • Highly focused upon customer service quality, with good customer relationship skills.
