Temporary Account Manager 12 months fixed term contract
Your new company
Your new company provide healthcare insurance packages. They are based in York and they are currently looking for somebody to cover maternity leave. The person who is already in the role is going to be leaving in August.
Your new role
Your new role will include;
- To manage a number of customer accounts
- Ensure that they are happy with the service
- Manage requests and expectations
- Negotiate and handle objections
This is a full time position. Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00pm
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will need to have experience in either account management, sales or telesales. You will need a confident telephone manner and have good IT skills with use of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel. You can be either immediately available or on notice for this position as they are happy to wait for the right candidate.
What you'll get in return
