We are a well-established estate agency and lettings business with over 15 years of successful trading in the home counties.

The estate agency market has changed in the last few years and we have led this change in the local area with an innovative hybrid model that offers clients a highly competitive fixed price but with all the support and expertise customers expect from a traditional high street agent. Following our rapid success in several key markets we are now looking for highly motivated and entrepreneurial property experts from a senior sales negotiator, branch manager or senior valuer level, to launch the brand in more towns across the south of England.

The Local Valuation Manager Role:

As Local Valuation Manager you will deliver our proposition within an agreed area, building the business and promoting both your own name and the brand within the local community. To support both vendors and buyers ensuring delivery of everything you'd expect from the very best traditional estate agent efficiently and cost effectively. Whilst we have a track record of successful sales in the Andover & Newbury area this role will require hard work to grow additional leads in the area. The successful candidate will be prepared to put in the effort, and the hours, into all the activities a new business needs to do to establish a presence in a new town. This could include calls to existing and previous clients looking to buy or sell in the area, targeted leaflet delivery, sponsorship of local community events and building a strong network in community.

Salary:

OTE GBP60,000+ Realistic potential to earn above GBP100,000

Required Skills & Qualities:

+ Live in, or work in Andover
+ Exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality
+ A strong desire to run your own successful business
+ In depth knowledge of the local property market
+ Computer literate
+ 3 years + experience at Branch Manager or Branch Valuer level
+ Driving license and own car
+ NFOPP / NAEA qualification (or equivalent) or keen to work towards

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Regional Area Valuer, Estate Agent, Senior Property Valuer, Senior Negotiator, Branch Manager
