Senior Recruitment Consultant- M&E
Basic salary up to GBP27,000 + car allowance (GBP300 p/m) + commission. Realistic OTE GBP45,000.
Harrison Sands have a fantastic desk open in Liverpool city centre for a temps focused recruiter to join our client, a specialist M&E and construction trades agency. Our client are a thriving business, part of a GBP60 million turnover group and have a core group of loyal clients and well as a number of new client contract wins. As such they are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage a 360 desk, already warm and generating around GBP3,000 GP per week as well as developing new client relationships within the M&E North West market to ensure that you are maximising your client base.
The chosen applicant's role will focus on management of existing client relationships, being proactive in taking requirements and visiting clients and working with Resource team assistance to ensure that client requirements are filled in a timely manner, with all workers fully compliant. The Senior Recruitment Consultant must have excellent relationship build and management skills, with loyalty from contractors being a key part of this desk's success. Ideally you will have an awareness of the M&E (mechanical and electrical) or construction trades/ skilled engineering markets from a previous recruitment role and have supplied into one of these markets, although we are open to strong recruiters from other volume temps driven backgrounds (e.g. industrial, healthcare, education, commercial). Although this desk does already have a strong client base, we do require applicants to undertake a 360 role and pro-actively develop business at quieter periods or to compliment the desk's existing client base. Also due to the client-facing nature of this position a UK driver's licence is essential.
