HR Administrator- HR Shared Services, Reading
Permanent - GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum basic salary, plus benefits including 5% pension, 25 days holiday, medical etc..
HR Shared Services Administrator with strong Transactional HR and Payroll experience within a HR Shared Service environment required by private sector organisation based in Reading, Berkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator with some leadership experience that will play a key role in ensuring that the shared services team is operating effectively through a period of internal change, restructuring and transformation.
- Experience in Transactional HR and / or Payroll administration
- Broad HR Generalist skills
- Customer service skills
- Some experience with reporting and Data analysis skills, possessing skills with Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience working within a HR Shared Services environment.
