SharePoint Project Manager
A leading Property Development company are looking for a SharePoint Administrator to join their team in Twickenham. You will be the go-to contact for all things SharePoint, from design and creation of sites, managing all general administration and rolling out best practice across all London sites
?? Manage the administration, development and support of new and existing SharePoint ensuring they are in line with good practice
?? Design and create sites in both SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint online environments and ensure they fit within the overall information management design and architecture
?? With understanding of how trouble-shoot SharePoint when errors occur
?? Produce and maintain documentation detailing these systems
?? Work closely with internal and external clients, partners and additional to deliver requirements and increase user adoption and satisfaction
?? Work with others in the IT team to provide resilient and cohesive IT services
?? Extensive knowledge and experience of managing and administering SharePoint.
?? SharePoint development as it relates to: document management; permissions; content types; web parts; workflows and custom lists
?? An understanding of the principles of enterprise content management
?? A development background is ideal but not essential
?? A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to deliver advice, support and effective training
?? The ability to work under pressure and think clearly in challenging situations in a logical manner
?? To be flexible in approach and be comfortable with a fluid organisational structure that requires both teamwork and self-sufficiency, with the ability to work under minimal supervision when necessary
Salary up to GBP36,000 P/A
Hours 8:00 - 5:30 w. 1 hour lunch.
25 Days leave (+8 bank holiday)
