HR Operations Manager

GBP35 - 40,000k depending on experience.

Our client is a renowned Branded Restaurant and Coffee Franchise, recruiting for a strong HR Operations Manager based at the head office near Woking, however some field based work will be required.

The role of the HR Operations Manager will be to to provide best practice Employee Relations Advice and support to employees and Managers. Promote the implementation of best practice HR procedures and assist in developing the HR department to be delivering excellent service and business focused solutions.

We are looking to introduce a HR Operations Manager to the HR team working closely with Asset Protection and the Operation teams. This role would suit a strong HR Advisor looking for their next step.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a business looking to double in size over the next 12-18 months.

What we want from you, -

* Experience of working in a HR role within a retail environment
* Good knowledge of UK immigration regulations and working with a high volume of employees who have immigration restrictions - such as student visas

* Experience of working in a high employee turnover business
* Strong employee relations experience - disciplinary, grievance, protected disclosures
* People Management experience
* Degree, CIPD qualified, or equivalent
* A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communications
* Organised, a self-starter and an inspirational influencer

* Experience of TUPE - desired
* Experience of Trade Unions - desired
* Experience of Employment Tribunals - desired
* Experience of working with a high volume of NMW workers on variable hours' contracts - desired
