Central London-based global technology company have a requirement for a hands-on Executive PA / Office Manager to join their growing team. The purpose of the role will be to provide high-level Executive PA support to the CEO, additional support to 2 senior managers as well as ensuring the smooth running of the London office. Duties to include:

  • Managing business schedules
  • Diary management
  • Managing email inboxes for the CEO and 2 senior managers
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Organising domestic and international travel (including itineraries)for the CEO and 2 senior managers
    Organising meetings, including board and committee meetings and conference calls
  • Taking meeting notes and typing up for distribution
  • Producing documents such as written correspondence, board meeting packs, reports and presentations
  • Processing and submitting expenses
  • Ordering and maintaining kitchen and stationary supplies
  • Overseeing supplier contracts
  • Coordinating office moves
  • Liaising with building management regarding Health & Safety issues and ensuring the compliance of the office
  • Organising desk assessments, updating risk assessments
