We are currently recruiting for a market leading Healthcare organisation with an exciting new opportunity working as a Physiotherapist within the Musculoskeletal market. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a competent standard of musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment to NHS patients across Surrey Heath CCG.

Essential Requirements:
Full HCPC membership (not temporary) is essential and must be maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
Full CSP Membership (not student or associate) is essential, and must be maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
You must show proof of continued professional development which evidences the skills / competencies in line with the key skills framework.
A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check is essential.
Post graduate physiotherapy experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes is essential.
You must have a broad knowledge of neuromusculoskeletal symptomatology and how evidence based practice informs quality treatment management.
Demonstrating commitment for the role, you must possess a strong desire to continually improve as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
You must be comfortable to have regular constructive feedback provided to you by Clinical Mentors / Trainers to improve your clinical ability.
You must possess excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively with a range of people on a range of matters on a daily basis.
You must be comfortable to work independently and maintain the professional image of the company, ensuring you always act in ways that supports equality and values diversity.
You must show evidence of continuing professional development, pursuing excellence in clinical skills, and taking responsibility for your own personal development.
You must have an understanding of the importance of the health, safety and security of patients through abiding by policies, procedures and professional guidelines.
You must be able to work under pressure and manage your time effectively.

Role Responsibilities:
To abide by HCPC and CSP Codes of Professional Conduct, and work in line with all areas of CSP Core Standards of Practice, as well as our clients policies and procedural framework.
To work as an autonomous practitioner in providing and delivering neuromuscuoloskeletal physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans to your own designated clinical caseload of patients presenting with various conditions, with support from your Clinical Mentor / Trainer where appropriate.
To act independently to assess, analyse and provide a clinical diagnosis for individual patients to determine their need for physiotherapy intervention, and act independently to plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patient care to maximise rehabilitation potential.
To use a wide range of physiotherapy skills including manual physiotherapy techniques, self-management advice, and therapeutic handling.
To continually evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in meeting shared goals, and modify the individual patient treatment plan as necessary.
To liaise effectively with your Clinical Mentor / Trainer and Network Manager on a regular basis in order to keep them up to date regarding the management of your own clinical caseload.
To proactively support colleagues in the assessment, treatment and management of patients.
To understand each patients' needs and expectations from physiotherapy, and irrespective of their backgrounds and/or beliefs, to provide them with the quality physiotherapy service to the standards the company expects.
To maintain up to date physiotherapy records on the IT system in line with professional standards. These must be completed in a timely manner, whilst abiding by company procedures and Service Level Agreements.
To be responsible for regular risk assessment of all company equipment, as well as both environment and working practices to maintain safety of self and others, adhering to the standards required under H&S and Clinical Governance.
To triage individuals as required by telephone and complete appropriate paperwork and make accurate recommendations based on the findings of the triage call.
