Our client are seeking to appoint a regional officer to undertake casework supporting their members in the Yorkshire and Humber region.

This is a full time post and regional officers are paid on a five point incremental range from GBP51,986 to GBP57,461 starting at GBP51,986 per annum. Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses are also covered.

Regional officers normally live in or very near the boundary of the region that they serve. If you are interested in this work and do not live in the region, please enquire as in some circumstances this may be accommodated. The post-holder will work from home with regular contact with and visits to HQ in Leicester plus regular training sessions. IT and telephone equipment will be provided.

The post requires up-to-date knowledge and experience of the issues facing the senior leadership teams of schools and colleges and the ability to deal with individuals at a senior level. The post will suit applicants with recent experience as leaders of educational institutions or administrators with good experience of school or college management and a strong interest in professional issues.
