HR Administrator (Payroll) - based in Bristol - paying cGBP25,000 to GBP30,000 per year

The Opportunity:
ISR have opportunities available to join a leading UK-based IT Consultancy located in the Bristol area for skilled, customer focused individuals to join our client's team as a HR Administrator and help them to build a more scalable service capability for their clients in the future.

Skills and Experience:
* A minimum of at least 2 years' experience working within a HR Shared Service Centre and/or a Customer Service Desk environment (or similar)
* Previous HR and Payroll experience
* Strong IT skills (CRM systems/Windows)
* Excellent customer service, client liaison and direct communication skills
* Good problem-solving and conflict management skills

Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will be asked to provide a high level of service and support at all times by:
* Fault finding and resolution by handling of all customer calls for Payroll/HR Issues, taking responsibility for the end to end solution and service that is provided to our customers.
* Ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing a professional service and swift resolution to all customer issues.
* Designing and implementing solutions for incidents that occur across multiple customer sites
* Carry out and complete analysis for incidents, building solutions that not only resolve the current issue but provide preventative measures to avoid repeats in the future
