With a team of Solicitors with a range of accreditations, the firm's LAA contracts enable them to offer legally aided advice and representation to those meeting eligibility criteria.
They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join their team.
Our reputable client is seeking to recruit an experienced Childcare Solicitor. The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and will be suitable for applications from qualified Solicitors with two or more years' experience. The role will be handling a caseload of publicly-funded childcare law matters including representing children, parents and guardians, advising on care supervision orders and adoptions, child living arrangements, Child Protection conferences and care proceedings.
