- GBP14 - GBP15 per hour
- 4 - 6 months temporary contract
- Role based in Cambridge

We are recruiting for an amazing global organisation that operate in cutting edge technology based in Cambridge and they are looking for a Senior Administrator / Training Administrator to join their Leadership Development Team.

Within this role you will support the head of Leadership and Development with the following duties:-

- Diary management
- Booking meetings
- Assisting with session planning - this is like event coordination where you will assist in all elements of getting the sessions booked; booking meeting rooms or venues, liaising with senior directors of the business to gain their availability, communicating prior to the session taking place, ensuring all material required is available, arranging refreshments, gaining feedback post sessions

- General admin support for the department

Session planning will include assisting with leadership training for the Directors to help them push their business forward, making sure the directors have all the tools and knowledge they need to ensure their teams are performing to their very best.

You will have extensive liaison with Director Level within the business so it is essential that you have previous experience of dealing with Director Level stakeholders.

Ideal previous experience:-

- Previous experience of diary management, booking meetings etc
- You will need to have some form of experience within a similar role so booking training courses or events planning
- Having strong communication skills up to director level
- Be professional, confident and polished
