Overview of role
The role of Resourcing Manager is to oversee the recruiting & resourcing functions of the companies groups, but also providing support to their start up businesses.
The Resourcing Manager will have full responsibility for the recruitment of all roles across the businesses, as well as continuing to develop the recruitment strategy for future growth.
You will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing, and selection of prospective employees. You will also take responsibility for the recruitment budget and will have a goal to actively reduce agency costs, maintain a recruitment plan and timetable and review all recruitment activities to ensure efficient & effective recruitment processes are being used at all times.
You will be working in a fast paced, challenging and ever-changing environment and will need to be flexible in your approach. Duties will therefore be varied, but will include;

Manage the interview process, being involved at first interview/assessment day stages and liaising with other managers to ensure the hiring process is smooth and enticing
Devises a social media campaign strategy for different roles
Develop job descriptions and employee specifications
Build and maintain healthy relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment vendors
Acts as a single point of contact for Managers regarding recruitment topics
Research and source the highest quality of candidate for specific roles and approve prospective short lists and new hires
Prepare and distribute all official paperwork and contracts to new starters
Monitors and reduces the cost of the recruitment process
Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Attend career fairs for recruitment purposes.

Key Experience:
Applicants should have at least 5 year's relevant experience in a recruitment/resourcing capacity with a strategic element.
Must possess experience with a fast-growing company and with the recruitment of high volume sales roles and general head office functions.
Must be at home in a standalone with full responsibility of delivering quick results with a high volume of new roles at all times.
You must be available to start work quickly and be able to commit to a minimum of 9 months' work to cover a period of maternity leave.
The candidate will preferably have experience in a travel environment, but this is not essential as long as they have a strong commercial recruitment background.

Have experience managing commercial negotiations
Have an understanding of the current business climate and career trends
Possess good IT skills. Any experience of google docs would be advantageous
Be highly organised and have a structured approach to work
Be adept, highly self-motivated, persistent and diligent
Be trustworthy, intuitive, and methodical
Have great interpersonal skills
Be approachable and quality oriented
