Basic c. GBP25-32k
OTE c. GBP65k+, Uncapped Commission

A professional, mature individual that doesn't need to be hand held. The candidate will need to be Graduate calibre with experience working in a process driven environment and excellent communication skills. Sales experience working in a commercial, target driven environment is a must. The candidate will need to be a team player, with excellent listening skills and the ability to multi task. You will need to demonstrate you are able to build relationships and maintain these with a variety of different clients. You must have a proven track record within a Recruitment environment with strong figures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment consultant to take over a very busy and highly successful Contract Risk desk within the Financial Services/Insurance space. The consultant will be sourcing candidates using Linked In, job boards, writing adverts, head hunting, social media and referrals as well as being the point of contact for the clients in each key account. They will vet candidates over the phone, meet them face to face and format and prepare CV's to send across to clients. You will meet with your clients, maintain strong relationships with them and grow out these accounts internally as well as develop new accounts.
