The Client

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced business based in High Wycombe who are growing rapidly. They are looking for a Team Leader to join them to drive and manage your own team of Customer Service Executives.

The Role

As the Team Leader of up to 15 Customer Service Execs, you will be responsible for overseeing the activity of the team, ensuring targets and KPI's are successfully met, overseeing individuals development and keeping the team driven and motivated. Main Responsibilities:

  • The escalation point for queries, complaints etc
  • Responsible for team performance and achievements
  • Lead by example in terms of attitude, behaviour and performance
  • Maintain a positive attitude and outlook
  • Monitor and report on daily, weekly and monthly sales performance
  • Deliver relevant training when and where necessary
  • Monitor and manage agents, call volume and service levels

About You

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working within a call centre environment, however this is not essential if you have relevant Team Leader experience and the right attitude. Attributes we are looking for include:
