Graduate Analyst

GBP36,000 + GBP100 for coming to interview

TPP is looking to recruit bright graduates with A*AA at A-level and a 2:1 in any subject for our analyst team. No experience is required, but you should enjoy problem solving and have a desire to make a difference to the lives of others. Graduates will have the chance to work on exciting, life-saving projects in our expanding Leeds based team.

TPP is an award winning UK based IT company, dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions to the UK healthcare industry. After 20 years of success, we now operate on an international scale with projects ongoing across the Middle East and China.

The Role

As a TPP Analyst, you will be working on initiatives such as implementing our clinical software solution globally, developing innovative app technology and carrying out ground breaking research projects. Your influence will have a direct impact on the future of healthcare.

You will be responsible for scoping, designing and implementing first of type technology that will change lives across the world. This involves liaising with end users to understand their needs, and then using your expert knowledge of SystmOne functionality to help customers shape a system that works for them. This role requires you to work collaboratively, both in small project teams and with other teams in the company, especially the software developers.

Career Development and Training

The variety of new and exciting projects means that you will always have something new to learn. Your first project could involve working alongside software developers and clinicians to develop new functionality for an emergency department in the UK, and on the next you could be working on advanced new app technology. With our rapidly growing international work, you could be involved in helping to scope a new information system for hospitals in China or the Middle East. A typical day at TPP does not exist!

This role gives you the opportunity to take responsibility for your career from day one. You will be encouraged to take ownership of your projects and will be supported throughout. We value your intelligence, problem solving and communication skills over previous work experience, and you will be given the training you need to apply those skills to deliver software that truly revolutionises healthcare across the world.

Our Culture and Benefits

We have a track record of being a great place to work - we won the Job Crowd's 'Top Company for Graduates to Work for 2016/17' award and The Sunday Times 'Best Small Companies to Work for' award in 2014 and 2015. We operate a flat hierarchy - there is no middle management at TPP, which means that whether you've been with us for a week or 10 years, your ideas are valued and help to shape the company.

We offer excellent starting salaries of GBP36,000 with regular pay reviews, a GBP200 birthday meal allowance and a free bar tab and breakfast sandwiches on a Friday. We are passionate about supporting staff development and learning new skills, so if you're interested in yoga or learning to play guitar, we provide free lunchtime classes as well as running an international teambuilding week.

During your career at TPP, you will learn new skills and develop existing ones, but before you join us you should have:

  • A*AA at A-Level
  • 2:1 in any subject
  • A desire to work on challenging and varied work
  • A desire to make a difference
