Kelly Scientific Resources is delighted to present a new opportunity for a Director of inflammation to join a leading Global Biotech company who are focused on developing medicines to fight cancer.

Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for an outstanding candidate to join their multidisciplinary team, developing first-in-class technologies for biologics discovery and development.

We are looking for scientists who are able to:

* Work in Immunology/Oncology therapeutic area
* Provide Strategic medical guidance for the development of new antibodies
* Lead the early programme teams
* Create the clinical development plan
* Integrate preclinical information (Pharmacology, toxicology,)
* Design and manage the antibody programme
* Collaborate with clinical scientist to develop, interpret and report trail protocols

To be considered for this position you must have:

* Degree in Medicine
* PhD in Immunology or Oncology
* Expert Knowledge in the Immunology/oncology therapeutic field
* Knowledge of the application of PK/PD and Biostatistics
* Early-phase clinical trials industry or academia experience
* Exceptional Business Acumen within CRO and dug development
* Ability to analyse and interpret efficacy and safety data
