We are looking for an experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join our expanding team based In Biggin Hill in Kent. Our team of specialist recruiters work hard to find experienced nurses across the country as well as theatre practitioners, Ward RGNs, ITU/HDU and other NHS staff.

Job Description:
Reporting to the Operations Director, the role for will be a key part of our existing dynamic Account Management team, recruiting specialist healthcare professionals for our national and large regional clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-screening, selecting (basic and competency based), interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment.
- Client investigation and market development
- Client introduction calls
- Ability to build and develop current managed accounts.
- Formulate and manage agency assignments.
- Ensure each agency assignment is delivered to Client expectation
- Have an active role in supporting our compliance team and contribute to project management of key agency/recruitment campaigns
- Responsible for client and candidate communication throughout all assignments
- Manage the Candidate Management System(VDQ) daily to grade and identify "high potential" candidates as part of the Key Candidate process
- Work closely with Operations Director, Managing Director to identify key potential in regional markets
- Candidate/client research, database mining and networking calls
- Meet and exceed personal revenue targets

Person Specification:
- A minimum of 1 year relevant recruitment experience, preferably within an locum/agency environment
- Fluency in English a pre-requisite.
- An additional language is considered beneficial
