Sales & Office Assistant
Our client is looking for a bright & motivated individual to join their energetic team. This a new role and will be working mainly alongside the Customer Services Manager and Logistics Team supporting them primarily with quotes and customer service administration and refurbishment projects but also supporting the rest of the delivery and office team as and when necessary.
This is a varied role and will require someone with a great deal of initiative.
Tasks within this role will include
- Creation of Sales and Projects Quotations
- Organising Plans and Project Management Support
- Supporting the Team with ensuring the CRM system is up to date for projects and leads
- Supporting the Customer Service team with the booking in of repair, install and service jobs. Emailing and calling clients.
- Supporting our clients Management team with invoicing.
Who are we seeking?
- Word Experience ( Essential)
- Excel Formatting Experience (Essential)
- CRM Experience (Preferable)
- Sage (Preferable)
- Candidates must have own transport due to location.
