Conveyancing Legal Secretary
Our client is a well-established Law firm based in the centre of Reading. They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing team.
This is a small firm and they will consider someone on a temporary to permanent basis.
The role will entail:
Main purpose of job:
. Audio typing - this will make up a part of the role (between 30% and 70%).
. Conducting lots of searches - must be able to do this already.
?? Secretarial support to one solicitor.
?? Management and production of documents
?? File administration and data management
The ideal candidate would be an experienced Conveyancing secretary with good audio typing skills. You will have a mature outlook and be supporting just one Solicitor. This is a small and friendly firm that will be a lovely place to work for the right candidate.
