Our client is a well established company, that are now recruiting for a Finance administrator to work in their modern offices situated in Basingstoke. You will be working for a successful business in a permanent, full time job with the desirable working hours of 07.00-15.30 and a salary of GBP24,000.
Your new role
Your new role will involve processing invoices, some multi-currency, as well as creating and dispatching invoices. Your responsibilities will also include accounts reconciliation, and gathering information for reports on operational reporting and financial reports. Additional responsibilities will involve assisting with the month end administration and helping the Finance Manager in other areas when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
For this job previous finance ledger experience is required. As a successful candidate, you must be able to manage a busy workload and enjoy working as part of a team. You will be proficient in Microsoft office programs and have high attention to detail. Experience using SAP would be beneficial, although not essential to the role.
