As a personal assistant secretary your tasks will range from
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Maintain high organisational skills with the ability to juggle where needed
- Take minutes in meetings when needed
- Organisation of meetings, diaries and making appointment
- Producing documents, reports and creating presentations
Working closely with the managing director and partners you will be the first point of call for all matters which require them. With a proven ability in Microsoft Office products in particular Excel, Outlook and Word.
