We are looking for someone who will deal with all the administration within a letting department, so will need a good phone manner, good IT skills, will process offers, will deal with expiries, renewals, check outs, deposits, booking out keys, some very basic accounts like putting on invoices etc. We use CFP and Alto software packages however if you have not used these it is not a problem as we can train you. We are looking for someone who has a good work ethic and wants to work in an environment where the standards are high. We often win review rating awards (mainly gold and silver) for the service we provide and are looking for someone who want wants to be part of that set up.
We are based in Borehamwood and it would be convenient if they had easy access to this office.
