Technical Customer Service Advisor
Contact Centre Partners welcome a retuning client supporting them with the recruitment of a Technical Customer Service Agent based in Sevenoaks.
This role is for someone who has a passion for customer services and enjoys being on the front line who can deal with consumer technical and service issues on the telephone, either giving advice or taking appropriate action as required.
This is predominantly a service based role however the opportunity to earn commission with sales through service is there for the taking.
This is the opportunity to join a vibrant team on a permeant basis working Monday - Friday working one Saturday in 3.SPECIFIC DUTIES
To Liaise with third parties and consumers
- Compliant can Technical handling
- Ensuring documents are kept updated
- Contact Centre Experience
- Experience with in/outbound calls.
- Upselling experience
- Working in a technical environment
- Insurance/warranty is a bonus
