Customer Service Associate
Permanent job opportunity for a Technical Customer Service Associate to join a collaborative organisation.

You will be joining the team due to recent internal promotion and will report into the Customer Operations Supervisor.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide customer with a service which exceeds expectations
- Portray professionalism at all times
- Answer incoming technical support calls, emails and web requests
- Work to agreed SLAs
- Escalate issues as necessary
- Logging solutions/workarounds in the technical support database
- Liaise with outside technical support contacts
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a solid understanding of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to use a computer effectively. You will need experience of working with a CRM platform and be able to handle technical issues. You will need to have an exceptional telephone manner with excellent listening skills.
What you'll get in return
You'll earn up to GBP22,500 per annum plus a number of additional benefits.
