We are looking for an experienced cashiers supervisor to take on the day to day supervision and management of our Nottingham based cashiers team, ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of the day to day financial transactions of the firm in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules and the Firm's procedures. The role will also be responsible for maintaining and improving departmental processes, as well as building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.
Technical skills required
Experienced supervisor with a least 3 years supervisory experience of managing a small team of between 4 to 8 people, each of whom perform different roles.
Must be IT literate and have good keyboard skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and the ability to utilise its functionality to streamline processes is essential.
Experience of using legal accounting software and bank electronic payment software.
- Experience working in a legal cashiering role or in a related function, preferably supported by a formal qualification
