This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's leading agents in Developments, New Homes and Luxury estates in the UK and beyond as a Client Services Consultant.
This company has over 5 offices in the UK covering the South West, Central, East and City market. They are looking for motivated and driven people to join as a Client Services Consultant for their Head Office based in the City of London.

Our client is a forward thinking, progressive property company that specialise in high end new build developments across the City of London. This company are highly driven and determined to provide the best service to their clients and they really value their customer feedback. They have very high standards but this means that their tenants want to stay longer, meaning landlords get more consistency and better tenants all round.

Character profile for Client Services Consultant:
They are looking for intelligent, articulate and driven individuals, previous Property Experience would be beneficial but not essential. They look for punchy and extrovert individuals, natural leaders with out-going and exuberant personalities.

Duties for Client Services Consultant:
*Business Development
*Building and maintaining relationships
*Advice and guidance to potential investors
*Liaising with company offices and customers
*High customer service skills

Basic: GBP20-25k and 4-5% commission (depending on experience)
OTE: GBP47,900k (1st year)
Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)

Interview process:
2 or 3 stage interview process for the successful applicant. First with the Client Services Manager and then Area Director.
