Our client provides healthy alternatives for its customers boosting their intake of essential fruit and vegetables through its products. They're a multi level marketing company which has grown tremendously over their 20+ year cycle and are currently looking for a number of strong customer service agents to join their team based in the Hammersmith (West London area). The successful candidates will have a vast amount of experience within customer service and be able to communicate with customers and franchisers. You'll be passionate about exceeding customer expectations and able to work on your own initiative.
Not only will you have strong business acumen, you will want to provide a first class customer service to your customers and franchisers. You'll have functional expertise and be able to pick up the in-house systems along with strong written communication skills. Also able to devise articulate business emails. This role will require you to be analytical and engaging ensuring all needs are met and any issues are resolved within a timely matter to increase customer satisfaction.
The company have a structured training programme which takes place from your first day and lasts between 3-4 weeks. You'd be trained on the in-house systems along with all the procedures and policies that need to be followed. You'll be provided with a session on product knowledge and the franchiser system to aid your performance within the position.
Daily delegations
*Handling calls or emails and social media as assigned by management
*Meeting individual targets (Resolving customer issues within the time frame set)
*Communicating with all customers and franchisers and ensuring this is always kept at a professional manner
*Delivering product knowledge
*Processing any orders and assisting with transactions
*Supporting the CRM and updating the database as and when required
*Carry out any ad-hoc administration duties as required

Person specification
*College NVQ, Btec/ A-level education preferred
*Excellent English (Oral and Written)
*Good skills in Microsoft office tools
*The ability to learn various IT systems/ in-house systems
*Flexible and multi-tasking
*Willingness to work outside of normal office hours as and when required
*Strong communicator who's confident dealing with both customers and franchisers
*Professional and friendly manner with the ability to build rapport
*Team skills - able to support other team members where possible
*Customer service (Retail)/ Customer service department experience (Office based)


*Multilingual (French , Dutch , German , Italian , Spanish , Scandinavian, Hebrew)
*Flair for numbers
