a) Recruitment and selection
c) Discipline, grievance and termination
d) Pay and conditions
e) Training and development
f) Succession planning
g) Moral and motivation
h) Culture and attitudinal development
i) Performance appraisals
j) Reports and Stats
l) Quality management issues
You will also be encouraged to get involved with strategy meetings, planning and forecasting, working closely with the MD on special projects, ad hoc projects that need an HR perspective and being part of the executive team enables you to makes changes where you need to.
