What's it all about?

You will be responsible for the contract/relationship management and performance of a growing network of subcontractors in the North of England. Supported by the Supply Chain Director you will be identifying with new suppliers, planning, implementing, and effectively managing and supporting the supply chain network. You will produce timely and meaningful MI and data/trend analysis to identify both areas of improvement and opportunities for the supply chain to grow and develop. You will work with our Quality Improvement team ensuring quality standards are met while driving improvement through the sharing of supply chain innovations and best practice.

Have you got what it takes?

•Experience of managing third party relationships, Partner Organisations or a Supply Chain Network
•Knowledge of SFA and ESF funding regulations and Ofsted standards.
•Demonstrate extensive operational management experience with highly developed influencing and performance management skills
•The ability to manage and develop subcontractors to effectively meet the needs of the business
•Excellent analytical and trend analysis skills
•Strong organisational/planning and report writing skills
•Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills
•Full clean driving licence
