We are a company who specialises in delivering complete audio and communication solutions for amazing events in iconic London venues and venues worldwide. Based in West Molesey, Surrey we run a team of specialist and very skilled project managers who create and deliver amazing shows on behalf of our clients.

We are looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant, as maternity leave cover from the end of August 2017. The Accounts Assistant will use their excellent organisational skills and confidence to assist in the accounting functions of the Company. They will provide high level support to the Finance Controller and be responsible for effective and accurate reporting to ensure Management Accounts are produced in a timely fashion.

The successful Accounts Assistant must be proactive, have excellent communication, attention to detail, be able to work autonomously as well as be team orientated and be able to work under pressure. Previous experience of Sage 200 would be preferable, but not essential. Good experience with Accounting Systems is essential. Must be capable of working to tight deadlines ideally working towards AAT or a similar qualification.

The role is full time, but we would consider part time for the right person. Normal working hours would be 9am to 5pm. Salary GBP22,000 - GBP24,000 depending on experience pro rata
