Deputy Payroll and Pensions Manager

Your new role
Working closely with the Payroll Manager you will be taking on the team management and operational duties whilst you will also work on separate commercial projects which will involve reporting, analysis and technical Payroll Process Reviews as well.
The payroll team you will join is in charge of the payroll for 3000 employees and 3 different kinds of Pension Schemes - and a lot more on the servicing side.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in Payroll with management background. You will also need extensive knowledge of Pension Schemes and up to date knowledge of Payroll and Pensions regulations.
Preferably you will be CIPP (or equivalent qualification) qualified and/or hold a relevant degree.
