Service Support Team Manager
Do you have Team Manager and Contact Centre experience? Do you have great Administration Experience?
Juice are delighted to be supporting a well-established company within Swindon looking to appoint a Service Support Team Manager!
- To lead a team with deliver excellent customer service in accordance with KPIs
- To maximise individual advisor performance and team engagement
- To maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant product information and ensure this is communicated effectively to advisor
- to provide Operational Data and insight to the CSD management team on a daily basis
- Experience as a Team Leader (or equivalent) in a contact centre environment
- Proven success within training and coaching
- Ability to review customer service data, draw conclusions through careful analysis and use that information to improve the teams performance
Ability to prioritise, plan and manage own time and that of the team efficiently
