GBP21,000 per annum (pro rata)

The Company

My client provides facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They are a UK FTSE 250 business and have grown our revenue, profit and earnings per share for over 23 consecutive years; we have revenues in excess of GBP1.8bn and a reputation for being the best. We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Administrator to join the team on a 7 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities

*To administer all helpdesk calls in line with site specific SLA's
*To sign off tasks once complete
*To escalate outstanding jobs
*Assist any Service Desk Teams & Team Leaders where necessary and provide general contract administration to the team.
*To oversee items produced in Maximo and Oracle, such as the quality of narrative and accuracy of information
*To provide support to the Management Team and Team Leader
*To be a contact point for subcontractors
*To ensure that the teams Purchase Invoices are approved to pay as soon as reasonably possible

Person Specification

*Basic experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*Educated to GCSE level or above
*Good telephone manner and understanding of customer care
*Ability to work within a team structure
*Ability to multi task and prioritise own workload
*NVQ or equivalent in business administration
*Experience of Maximo/Remedy and Oracle an advantage
