COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Working in the Head Office of this dynamic, growing and forward thinking company. The company are a growing technology company in the West End, soon to be moving to the City.

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be working within the Customer Service Team. This is a temporary role, although there is a strong possibility it will go permanent. In this Customer Service role you will be responsible for managing any issues via telephone / email / written correspondence in both English and Manderin.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal with queries and helping resolve issues
Take messages for other staff members
Liaising with the Marketing Team
Liaise with Area Managers

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role you MUST have previous experience in an Customer Service role within an office environment. You also Must be able to speak Mandarin.
