My client are a leading Conference and Exhibitions organisation, who operate globally, and their gatherings have become widely acknowledged within the Energy industries for their quality and prestigious level of government officials and senior corporate delegation that attend their elite events.

They approach business with a dynamic and forward-thinking attitude that has resulted in continued growth and success. Due to their growth within the international 'market', they are now recruiting for a fluent French speaking Client Services/ Events Administrator.

Purpose of the role
The French speaking Client Services/ Event Administrator will be at the forefront of the company, ensuring that delegates can book onto conferences and training seminars quickly and easily and dealing with enquiries efficiently and effectively, interacting with a number of departments on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Accuracy of delegate lists, event documentation and invoicing
- Dealing with delegate queries effectively and efficiently
- Debtors management (running debtors meetings and chasing payments)
- Effective communication, internally and externally
- Onsite registration management
- Team working

Education and Experience

- A minimum of 1-3 years b2b customer/client services experience, preferably gained within a 'bookings' or events environment
- Fluent bi-lingual French and English communication skills
- Must be educated to Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficient user of MS Office programmes (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- A second language is advantageous but not essential (Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Portuguese)
