An exciting opportunity for a Business Change Analyst who will work alongside the Senior Operations Analyst, supporting in the delivery of key system and transformational improvements for leading telecomms provider . The key part of this role is to document the needs of the key stakeholders and have delivery ownership of the activities to implement operational, process, product or supplier changes in the business.
- Work with stakeholders to agree priority of requirements, this helping to shape focus and scope of the project
Identify measureable benefits or impacts of proposed change with supporting metrics pre (business case) and post (benefits realisation) change
Conduit / co-ordinate between end-users and software developers, to ensure that that changes are clearly understood and people understand the impact and role they in delivering the changes. Including training, procedure updates and communications
Assessment of the process impacts of system, product or supplier changes - Sales, Delivery, Support, In Life Changes, Billing etc. through the collation of 'as-is' and 'to- be 'process modelling'
Provide updates or feed in to the PMO and Direct Programme steering group as needed
Identify, plan and co-ordinate the key activities driven out of impact assessment and manage and track these using a Business Transition Plan
- Software development lifecycle - agile, sprints, delivery and co-ordinations
- Requirements gathering and process design
