The online/ on campus Employability team provide careers and employment support to students and graduates with a focus on enhancing their graduate prospects, whilst building sustainable relationships with SMEs and large organisations.

Are you qualified in providing employability coaching and guidance on an in-depth advisory basis with a particular focus on enabling jobs to be secured?

Key Responsibilities:
•Caseload management of students and graduates
•Employer engagement - utilise links with business/industry/employers to source career enhancing placements, internships and graduate jobs
•Digital innovation
•Workshop and event delivery
•Market intelligence
•Quality and compliance

Person Specific:
•You must be educated to degree level
•Demonstrable experience of recruitment
•Competent at handling and manipulating a variety of social media platforms
•Experience of developing effective working relationships with team members, clients and end-users that deliver excellent results and performance
•Empathy: needs to be able to work with a wide range of individuals, each with their own set of barriers to employment
•Influence: uses reason, fact and persuasion to bring new insight and understanding
•Motivational: inspires and encourages others to action
•Oral & written communication - fluent, concise, ordered, easily understood
•Outcome focused: works to achieve the change, not just implement the process

The role requires some travel to Hendon for which there will be a mileage allowance.

Hours: Mon-Fri,9am-5pm

Salary: GBP25k-GBP28k
