Salary: GBP22,800 (GBP28,500 OTE)

In your first 6-12 months as a 3M graduate, you'll immerse yourself in the company's product range and the marketplace they operate in as part of your holistic training. Your soft skills training will be supplemented by bespoke, technical upskilling. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied, exciting and client facing role from the off! Strategically generating new leads, you'll always be mindful of how to grow your end user client base. Delivering end user demonstrations to clients on site, you'll present to key decision makers with confidence and a thorough product knowledge.

In liaising closely with Territory Channel Partners, developing business plans and promotional activities, you'll assume immediate responsibility. As you manage pricing requirements, as well as sales, technical and marketing resource, you'll take more and more ownership as a 3M graduate!

The Role:

- Learn about the product range and industry as part of your first year bespoke training plan
- Research and identify new end users and manage relationships to retain the business of existing end users
- Liaise closely with and develop relationships with Territory Channel Partners to execute agreed business plans and promotional activities
- Manage pricing requirements and utilise sales, technical and management support resource
- Deliver end user demonstrations to clients on site, meeting their requirements and allaying their concerns
- Research and provide feedback on competitor activity
- Implement marketing and sales programmes on a national scale

- Educated to 2.1 degree level standard/on course to achieve a degree of a 2.1 standard
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A full, valid UK driving licence is mandatory
- A positive, confident outlook and strong negotiation skills
- The tenacious ability to meet deadlines with organised calm
- Motivated with the drive and energy to lead and influence
- IT literate
