Our client an award winning and professional estate agents are looking for a Property Coordinator/ Property Manager to join their busy country homes team. They have an excellent approach and outstanding reputation in the area.

You will need to be:

  • Well organised with a professional approach
  • Proactive
  • Have great communication skills, both written and verbal and demonstrate empathy to both tenants and Landlords
  • IT literate
  • Able to handle and resolve difficult and sensitive issues and strong relationship building and problem solving skills
  • Have a clean driving license and own car and be prepared to travel
  • ARLA qualifications would preferred or a willingness to study towards them

You will be asked to:

  • Assisting in the day to day management of properties including dealing with check in queries, Landlord and tenant enquiries, deposit returns.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Tenants and Landlords
  • Coordinate and carry out property inspections periodically reporting to the Landlord, and arrange remedial works and follow up visits if required
  • Liaising with Landlord and tenants regarding general queries
  • Identifying and verifying maintenance issues
  • Arranging daily reported repairs and instructing contractors
  • Obtaining quotations and liaising and managing contractors and reporting back to the Landlords
  • Ensuring that utilities and Council Tax are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Health and Safety
  • Arranging gas safety checks, electrics and ensuring compliance of all legislation
