Scheduler / Staff Co-ordinator
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday
A growing blue chip organisation is seeking dedicated and professional Customer Service Agents to work in their Control Centre. The role will involve duties such as taking inbound calls, monitoring systems, scheduling staff and providing a customer focused service. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer care.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Good communications skills
Prior experience in a role that involved scheduling, booking on staff etc would be preferred
Good IT Skills
The ability to plan and organise
Providing a high level of customer service
Co-ordinating staff rota's
Staff welfare checks
Monitoring of alarm systems
Respond to situations in a professional manner
Liaise with emergency services when required
Produce written incident reports
Taking inbound calls
Provide incident response
