Our client is an established integrated agency in Manchester currently recruiting for an Account Director. This role forms a key part of the agencies management team with scope to help shape their future direction - for a commercially minded Account Director looking for the next step in their career, it's a fantastic opportunity.
The role will allow you to take on several of the agencies key clients, including a number of major international Consumer brands. Duties will include:
- Building relationships with clients and identifying the best strategy for achieving their goals.
- Managing client budgets, identifying the right mix of channels to use and developing clear briefs for the creative and technical teams to deliver. Briefs will include online and offline campaigns.
- Presenting ideas to clients and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Overseeing the delivery of campaigns to ensure they meet the clients expectations and are completed on time.
- Management of a Senior Account Executive.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and presenting ideas to clients.
The agency are looking for an Account Director (or Senior Account Manager ready to progress) with true integrated marketing experience. Specifically they're looking for:
- Experience managing both print and digital campaigns, including Paid Media (Social and PPC) experience.
- Advanced client management skills.
- The ability to work within a team and a strong sense of humour!
